Join this Beyond the Bottle - Live Stream — a 30-minute virtual tasting designed to explore what’s in the glass and the story, place, people, and process behind it.

We will be exploring the world of Tequila through the lenz of Wild Common and tasting three expressions side by side:

🥃 Blanco — Bottled without aging by no later then 60 days – can rest in steel tanks.
Flavor/Aromas (Herbs, Vegetables, Citrus Fruits, Apple, Stone Fruits & Earth…
🌿 Reposado — (meaning rested) is aged for 2- just shy 12 months in oak.
Flavor/Aromas (Same as blanco but with spices & toast, maybe custard….)
🔥 Anejo — aged for 12-just shy 36 months in small oak barrels no bigger than 600liters
Flavor/Aromas (Deeper aromas of wood spices, vanilla turning to caramel, cinnamon, crème brulee…..)

We’ll talk about what makes Tequila, Tequila learn about the Rosales family behind Wild Common, what a NOM is and — most importantly — taste how it shows up in the glass.
